A healthy heart can't be beat!

February is American Heart Month, and Indian Stream Health Center wants to help you have a Healthy Heart

~ We are holding a Coloring Contest for area daycares, and will be hanging up their entries in our lobby.  The winners will get a special prize!  You are never too young to start caring about your heart. ~

~ ISHC also created a Heart Health Page, devoted to helping you find the resources you need to keep your heart healthy!  There is a Heart Disease Risk Calculator, facts and numbers for blood pressure and cholesterol goals, and simple steps you can do today to help you achieve the goal of good heart health.  Check out the page HERE! ~
