Dr. John Fothergill has been practicing at ISHC as a Board Certified internal medicine physician with training in geriatrics for the past 22 years. Dr. Fothergill leads the health center's adult medicine team. In addition to his commitment to both ISHC and the hospital, Dr. Fothergill is an active member of the community which he loves and where he has raised his family.

Dr. Peter Moran is the family practice physician at ISHC. He came to the health center four years ago after serving   7 years as a medical officer in the Air Force and briefly having a private practice in MA. Dr. Moran believes that a team approach to the delivery of primary care is very important; he feels he has found his professional niche at ISHC and his personal lifestyle meshes nicely in the North Country where he is happy to call home.

Mary Judd is a very experienced physician assistant having served the community for 18 years. A member of Dr. Fothergill's team, Mary is deeply devoted to her patients and is a champion for the ISHC Women's Health Program which is being developed in collaboration with UCVH. Mary and her family are happily settled in Colebrook where they plan to stay for the long term.

Colleen Krug is a physician assistant and one of the newest members of the care team at ISHC. She is currently working with Dr. Moran and is excited to be here at ISHC. Originally from upstate N.Y., Colleen is a very active individual who enjoys numerous sports and she is looking forward to taking part in many of the outdoor offerings of the North Country.

Greg Lamm is a highly experienced and skilled licensed independent clinical social worker. He comes to the health center from Buffalo, WY where he was the county manager of mental health services. Greg had been looking for an opportunity to move back to his family home in North Stratford and is pleased and excited to be here at ISHC and in the North Country.
